Healing From Within with In-Person Classes

This is a 5 month Self-paced Online CourseĀ with an additional monthly in-person class (held at Rivertree Osteopathic Health) to support and expand the practices in each of the 5 Classes. Course Access begins January 1st, 2025.
Classes will be held on the second Sunday January through May from 1-3pm. Participants are strongly encouraged toĀ arrive having watched and practiced the experiences in the associated class for that month: January 11, February 15, March 15, April 12, May 10.
Also includes optional Friday 12-1 online Art and Science of Being Human Community Group Meetups held every other week.
