Research continues to reinforce the importance of Nervous System regulation and mind-body integration in mental health and chronic disease. Many methods make it harder and more complicated than it needs to be and don’t give us the tools we can use when we need them.
As a triple Board Certified Osteopathic Physician, my work with patients with complex problems has resulted in a trauma-informed, science-backed, wholeness-based, mind-body self-regulation approach that can empower anyone to help themselves when they need it. In this 4 hour CME/CE approved workshop I discuss several cases (PTSD, Palpitations, Chronic Pain), the Mind, Body, and Spirit-Body lessons learned, and share guided practical yet profound Mind, Body, and Spirit-Body Connection Experiences that you can bring to your own practice. Includes 2 hours of pre-recorded on-demand Case-based Lectures with Guided Experiences and 2 hours Online Group Sessions with me, Dr. Jacey Goddard (held alternating Fridays 12-1 ET, and a Self-Reflection Worksheet. Our body and mind are designed to work in harmony and this is what this integrative work is about.

ABOUT ME
Â
I'm an Osteopathic Physician in Topsham, Maine, Board Certified in three specialties: Neuromusculoskeletal/ Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Family Medicine. I have extensive experience teaching physicians worldwide, and I love working with people who have been told "it's all in your head", "you have to learn to live with the problem", and "medications and surgery are the only answer" and empowering them to truly heal with simple and effective self-care methods.
The real clarity came when, with my hands on my patients, I could feel their nervous system relax, they became calm, their breathing slowed, and their tension melted away under my hands as I taught them the simple method. Now I use it everyday to help people. What I want to share with you isn't my stuff, it's your stuff and we all deserve to know how to give it to ourselves.
Through extensive study in hands-on Cranial and Biodynamic Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Mind-Body Medicine, and most importantly, lessons learned from work with complex patients, I've developed a science-backed, wholeness-based, mind-body-spirit integration methodology that anyone can use to self-regulate their autonomic nervous systems to support trauma healing, decrease stress and anxiety, shift pain, and support their own intrinsic self-healing capacity.

What I have to offer isn't my stuff. It's our stuff. It's wired into our perfect human design, and something I believe we all should have learned as children. Our nervous system reaches from the top of our head to the tips of our toes and as an Osteopathic Physician I've been studying it for 25 years in books, courses, in myself, and with my patients with problems that no one could help. It's the rest of the story and what's missing in so much of the world today. Being human is about wholeness and the interconnection of Mind, Body, and Spirit and experiencing it in a healthy and connected way is simpler than most methods make it. It isn't about thinking, it's about feeling. When I teach someone this simple yet profound way to really connect with their body, and bring it into their daily life, incredible things happen...everything comes together for real change and empowerment. When they apply this method in their daily lives, I've seen people stop their own palpitations and panic attacks, free themselves from PTSD triggers, heal relationships, chronic pain, and health problems, know themselves better, and find real fulfillment in their lives. You learn how to apply and teach the exact methods I used to help these people to be able to help themselves feel better when they need it.
